STUDIO LAUNCH · EXAMPLEThe brief is ready. So is the team. One update. Everyone has the context.

Not another place to check.
A place to come together.

Your work has a lot of moving parts.
Your workspace shouldn’t.

A task in one app. A decision in another. The latest file somewhere else. OPS Lab brings the essentials into one shared space, so the next step is easier to find.

Love this direction. Let’s keep the thinking with the task.

Talk directly or bring a group together. Keep task-specific discussions close to the work, so useful decisions don’t disappear into the conversation.

STUDIO LAUNCH / CREATIVE DIRECTION

A good idea.
A shared direction.

A place for the thinking that makes the work better.

What we’re here to make

A clear, welcoming introduction to our new studio. One story, told consistently across the launch.

What matters most

  • A focused message, not more noise.
  • A direction the whole team can build on.
  • The brief and reference files within reach.
The context stays with the work.

Native documents are saved in OPS Lab. Google Drive is an optional, separately authorised connection — not a requirement to get started.

How Google data is used
Together doesn’t mean everything is public.

Your team’s space.
Your company’s work.

Invite your people into a dedicated company workspace. Keep everyday work easy to find, and use access restrictions when it needs a smaller audience.

From “let’s do this”
to a place to do it.

Create your workspace
  1. 01

    Make it yours.

Create your account, verify your email and open your company’s workspace. No invitation needed.

  2. 02

    Bring in the work.

Start a project, choose a template or add your first task. Build up the details as you go.

  3. 03

    Bring in your people.

Invite your team. Share the context. Connect your company Drive if and when you need it.

A few things worth knowing

Simple answers.
Clear expectations.

Can’t find what you need?
Get in touch

Can I start without being invited?

Yes. Register an account, verify your email and create your own company workspace. You can then invite your colleagues.

Do I have to connect Google Drive?

No. You can use projects, tasks, chats and native OPS Lab documents without it. When your company needs file storage in Drive, an authorised company administrator can connect it from the App’s settings.

Can a task start without an assignee?

Yes. Start with the work itself. Add an assignee, notes, dates, files and other details when they are ready.

Where are my documents and files saved?

Native documents are saved in OPS Lab. Files uploaded through a connected Google Drive are stored in your company’s selected Drive location. These are separate storage paths; OPS Lab does not turn native documents into live Google Docs.

Can I limit who sees a piece of work?

Use the App’s access controls for restricted work. Google Drive permissions are separate: connecting a company Drive does not automatically grant or revoke access to its existing files.

For the work you do together.

A little less scattered.
A lot more together.

Give your team a place to move forward.
