Use OPS Lab for authorised company work.

These terms apply to people invited to use an OPS Lab company workspace.

Authorised use

Use OPS Lab only for lawful business activity and only within companies, Projects and Tasks that you are authorised to access. Do not attempt to cross company boundaries, bypass roles or obtain another person's credentials.

Accounts and invitations

Keep your sign-in details confidential and provide accurate account information. Company administrators are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Company content

The company and its authorised users remain responsible for the Projects, Tasks, files, links and instructions they place in OPS Lab. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or share.

Connected services

Google Drive and other third-party services operate under their own terms. OPS Lab will request authorisation before using a connected service. Disconnecting a service may stop related file actions while leaving OPS Lab work records intact.

Availability and changes

OPS Lab may be updated to improve reliability, security and workflow. Planned or urgent changes may temporarily affect access. Important changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.

Suspension

Access may be limited or removed when required to protect a company workspace, investigate abuse, comply with law or respond to an administrator's instruction.
