Information we handle

• Account details such as name, work email and role.
• Company settings, memberships and access permissions.
• Project, Period, Task, schedule, capacity and collaboration records entered by authorised users.
• Files, links and file metadata that users choose to attach.
• Technical records needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

• Provide the company workspace and keep its views connected.
• Authorise access and apply company and role boundaries.
• Store, organise and deliver the work users ask OPS Lab to manage.
• Detect errors, protect the service and improve reliability.
• Respond to support, access and deletion requests.

Google user data

Google Drive data is used only after an authorised company administrator connects the company's own Google Workspace. OPS Lab requests the narrow drive.file permission for files and folders created or selected for use with OPS Lab.

OPS Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and service providers

OPS Lab does not sell Google user data or company work data. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that help deliver authentication, database, hosting and connected-service functions, subject to their service and security terms.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept while the company account or operational record remains needed. Authorised administrators may remove Projects, Tasks, files or integrations according to the controls available in the product. Contact us to request account or company data deletion. Some security, backup or legal records may be retained for a limited period where required.

Your choices

• Update account and company information through authorised controls.
• Disconnect Google Drive from OPS Lab and revoke access in Google Account settings.
• Ask for access, correction or deletion by contacting marketing@jndesign.com.my.
