Google data use
Google Drive access follows the company.
OPS Lab connects only after a company administrator authorises that company's Google Workspace and chooses where the work belongs.

Permission requested
OPS Lab requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This permission is intended for files and folders created by OPS Lab or explicitly selected for use with OPS Lab. It does not request broad access to every file in the user's Drive.
How the connection is used
- Associate one authorised Google connection with the selected OPS Lab company.
- Create or use the company-approved root folder.
- Create a Project folder after the corresponding Project is created.
- Create Task folders within the matching Project structure.
- Upload, locate and open files that users intentionally place in that structure.
What OPS Lab does not do
- It does not ask users to share a Google Workspace password.
- It does not connect one company to another company's Drive settings.
- It does not sell Google user data.
- It does not use Google Drive files for advertising.
- It does not use Google Drive content to train a general-purpose AI model.
Disconnect and revoke
An authorised company administrator can disconnect Google Drive inside OPS Lab. A Google administrator or user can also revoke OPS Lab from the security and third-party access area of the Google Account. After revocation, OPS Lab can no longer make new Drive requests with that authorisation.
Delete connected data
Disconnecting does not automatically delete files already created in Google Drive. Those files remain under the company's Google Workspace control. To request deletion of OPS Lab connection records, contact marketing@jndesign.com.my.
Google Limited Use
OPS Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
